OUR STORY
Hydrocinch® was founded by two friends with a single mission; to make a better fitting kite harness that didn't loosen up.
As avid kiteboarders, we were frustrated with the limitations of commercial harnesses. We were especially discouraged when kiting sessions ended early because of discomfort and spreader bar ride-up. After many uncomfortable sessions on the water we decided to combine our professional expertise and focus our energy into building kite gear that is designed, tailored and caters to all skill levels and body styles of kiters.
The result is secured and connected all day riding comfort, in a kiteboarding harness that is tailor made for you.

GREG MARQUARDT
CO-FOUNDER & OWNER
With 30+ years of experience working within Automotive Design Studios, Greg is now concentrating his design and engineering knowledge on his passion for kiteboarding. Greg is as comfortable in a prototyping shop as he is behind a computer sketching up advanced designs.
COREY GERHART
CO-FOUNDER & OWNER
Always looking for ways to make things better and willing to try anything twice. Corey is a 40-year extreme sports veteran retired from a long and rewarding career in private club management to concentrate on his passion for water sports and design in general. Corey is a certified ski, snowboard, and Trikke ski instructor along with kite, foil, and flyboard instructional services.
